Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, she received a Bachelor Degree in Business from Canadian International College, Vancouver, Canada in 1992 and in Fashion Merchandising from Santa Monica College, Los Angeles, California in 1995. Came back to Tokyo in 1997 and started working for various kinds of companies. Since 2004 she has been teaching English on a one-on-one basis. In seven years of her career as an English teacher, there are more than 300 clients throughout Japan. In 2009, she supervised and appeared in English-learning DVD titled "TANOSHIKU DEKIRU EIGO DVD (apx.90 min.) (Enjoy Learning English DVD)", which is now being sold by SSI Co. Ltd. Since then, she has been active as an interpreter and a translator. (mainly in media translating) Moved to Fukuoka-city with family in April, 2011 and has joined to Tengoku-sha company since October, 2011. Ms. Sakaguchi enjoys reading books and watching movies and has a skill of palm reading.
